Three Great Guys
Whoever complained about this company did not have Randy as a team leader and two solid helpers. They arrived on time, started to work immediately, took no break, loaded our furniture and boxes with care, wrapping sofa and chairs, etc. At our new home, they worked diligently and carefully to unload our stuff in record time in spite of a sometimes temperamental elevator. No damage to our goods or to our old and new homes. They rolled out runners and took great care to not drag things on the hard wood floors. The lady at the office and Randy upon his arrival explained clearly the issue of travel time and all parts of the contract.

A Stress Reliever
My husband and I hired Two Small Men to move our belongings from a rented apartment in Gatineau to our newly purchased house. Denis was a fairly quiet, no nonsense sort of guy and Will was the funny man, cracking jokes all the way through. He took what was a really stressful day and relieved a bit of that stress with his humour. They took excellent care of our belongings, taking note of any boxes I had scrawled "fragile" or "nothing on top" on. I am supremely pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them! I especially like that they offer a small discount in cost if you move in the middle of the month.

Getting the Job Done, No Matter What

I had my move completed Saturday August 4th by Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving. I would like to say that I was extremely satisfied with the job that was done. Mike, John and Eric were all very professional, polite and friendly. They really went above expectations to complete my move in a manner that made a stressful time easy and worry free for me.
It was not an easy move as the apartment building has no elevator whatsoever so everything had to be moved down via the staircases, hallways, up a last few stairs to the small entryway (down a big step) and out to the truck. Because the stairs are split up (2 staircases per floor) there were more stairs than what they had expected.
My apartment was on the top floor. It was an extremely hot and humid day and the hallways/staircases are not air conditioned and have no windows so it was incredibly hot and uncomfortable. Even with those conditions, the team did not complain but instead just got the job done in a quick and efficient manner.
They were all very friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was explained very clearly so I understood everything that was going on and the billing was made very clear. The objects that I was not able to pack/wrap myself were carefully padded and wrapped up to ensure nothing was damaged.
The unloading at the house was done very quickly even after all the effort and extra time that had been required to deal with the stairs at the apartment building and the afternoon heat. The guys took great care to ensure everything was unloaded to the desired spots within the house and things that had to be stored were carefully and efficiently stacked. There was no mess or damage left behind and what had been disassembled at the apartment was promptly reassembled, all this despite the incredibly hot and humid weather.
I was exceptionally happy with my move and will gladly refer others to use Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving after my experience with Mike, John and Eric. If there is some kind of employee bonus/reward at your company, these guys surely deserve it after tackling such a trying move with such positive attitudes, friendliness and professionalism.
